Our 3D printers can accurately solidify each layer of material to ensure that the finished model is smooth and flawless, which has won them wide recognition in the jewelry industry and become the preferred mass production tool for designers and manufacturers. No matter what complex design you are facing, NEWAY 3D printers can easily handle it and help you achieve a double breakthrough in creativity and efficiency. Choosing NEWAY means embracing a new era of efficient, accurate and reliable 3D printing. We promise to help your company lead the market and create a better future with excellent quality, professional support and perfect service!
A: Our machines deliver X/Y pixel precision from about 38 µm on DLP models to 50 µm, and down to roughly 16.8 x 24.8 µm on the high-resolution LCD C220. Z-layer thickness is adjustable from 10 to 25 µm, giving smooth surfaces that need minimal polishing before casting.
A: We build all three. LCD (MSLA) units use a 405 nm masked screen for affordable high detail; DLP units use a Texas Instruments projector for even illumination and faster throughput; SLA uses a scanning laser for the highest accuracy. Choose by detail needs, volume and budget.
A: Build envelopes range from compact units around 96 x 54 x 100 mm up to large-format models near 223.8 x 127 x 350 mm. The larger beds let you pack dozens of ring trees in one run, which is what most production jewelers optimize for.
A: Printers run 405 nm photopolymer resins, including investment casting resin, white/black wax resins, silicone mold resin, model resin and dental resins. We recommend matching NEWAY resins to our machines for the cleanest burnout and the most reliable first-print results.
A: Throughput depends on layer height and part geometry, but our DLP production machines reach about 25 mm/hour in Z under normal casting profiles. Lower 20-30 µm layers give finer detail at a slower rate, while thicker 50 µm layers speed production.
