Manufacturer of Professional 3D Printing Jewelry. 3D Printer/3D Printing Resin/Printing Service/Jewelry Product
3D printing materials include casting resin, mold resin, and dental resin. Casting resin is used for creating highly detailed castings in jewelry and industrial applications. Mold resin is ideal for making precise molds for manufacturing processes. Dental resin is designed for producing dental models, prosthetics, and aligners, ensuring biocompatibility and accuracy. These resins enhance the capabilities of 3D printing in various professional fields.
A: We produce photopolymer resins for UV (405 nm) printing: investment casting resin, white wax resin, black wax resin, silicone mold resin, general model resin and dental resins. Each is tuned for a specific downstream use.
A: Casting resin burns out cleanly in lost-wax investment casting and leaves minimal ash. Model resin is built for sturdy, detailed display or master patterns that will be molded (e.g. into silicone), not directly burned out.
A: Keep resin sealed in a dark, cool cabinet away from UV light, typically 15-25°C. Resin cures on exposure to ambient UV, so keep lids closed, shake well before use, and wear nitrile gloves when handling.
A: After printing, wash the part in isopropyl alcohol (90%+), then post-cure it in a UV chamber for 1-5 minutes depending on wall thickness. Full mechanical strength and thermal stability develop only after proper post-curing.
A: All NEWAY resins are formulated for 405 nm LCD/DLP/SLA light engines. Using the correct wavelength ensures full layer bonding, consistent print accuracy and the intended burnout or hardness performance.
